I'm not here to be humble, modest, or conventional. I'm here to be empowered & remain curious about myself, to connect deeply and love messy, to feel everything and create a life that turns me on!

I was often told that "you can't have your cake and eat it to!" and it always confused me. The concept I understood, but the reality of it made zero sense. If I have cake...why can't I eat it? Better yet, if I make a cake, you bes' believe i'm eating it! This sentiment says that you can't have everything you want, and even more so, you can't always have it the way you want it -- especially in relationship. I beg to differ. I've spent my life creating my reality (love, sex & relationships included) through leaning into the desires people told me were "too much" or "too easy" or "crazy" or "out there" or "ridiculous" or "not appropriate" or "not sustainable". I've followed my heart, I've remained curious about this opportunity for living, I've leaned into the hard things, the scary things, the uncomfortable things, I've let myself dream, and manifest, and pray and follow my knowing. I've made my cake and I intend to eat it -- off of my husband too, thank you!
I started my first SLRC (sex, love & relationship coaching) journey back in 2017 with Dr. Ava Cadell and the Loveology University certified Love Coaching program, followed by a Human Sexuality Certification with the Kinsey Institute in 2021. As my desire to go deeper into this work grew, so did the aspects of myself that needed to heal, especially in the realm of my own eroticism and relationships. In 2022 I embarked on one of the most awe-inspiring & transformational studies of my life with Layla Martin's VITA Coaching Certification. As of today, I'm continuing my education, finishing my degree & helping lovers live fully expressed, safely loved & well f*cked!
